Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sax Made Easy account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.
In the app
Sign in to the Sax Made Easy app, open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. It takes effect immediately.
By email
Email saxmadeeasy@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, country, gender, profile photo, messages, notifications, reviews, lesson progress and device tokens are erased, you are signed out everywhere, and you lose access to all content on the account. Payment records are kept as tax and accounting law requires, with your name and contact details removed.
